Steven Raven Liang will be collaborating with SFCM students to create an original score for the short film "Oscar's Return." The film follows Oscar Rodriguez, a former juvenile lifer who spent 25 years incarcerated, as he pursues becoming a dog trainer while navigating reentry challenges.
