About: Billy Taing, a Cambodian refugee, served 21 years in prison for a crime he committed at age 19. Now, he is at risk of being deported to a place he does not know.
Impact: On Christmas Eve, 2018, Billy received a full pardon from Governor Brown due to this video and the advocacy of the Anti-Recidivism Coalition, Root & Rebound, and API RISE.
